Construction progress as of February 2021

Serenity is designed to be a Hotel style Apartment living long-term rental property offering fully equipped one and two bedroom apartments with open living/dining area and oversized balconies. An oversized 2 bedroom owner’s apartment is positioned above the 2 story lobby.

The lobby has space for a small indoor/outdoor restaurant/bar/café and a second floor office that can be rented to a professional.

A pool and separate building housing the gym are on site. Located in a gated community which has been newly paved, the building sits to one side of a double corner lot with possibilities of future development and has a decorative security wall with landscape lighting surrounds the entire property.

This project is in final stages of construction.
